Our lawyers will arrange for the administration of estates in a timely manner.
Our costs in assisting in the obtaining of a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration in simple cases is £480 including VAT plus disbursements.
Once the grant has been obtained the Estate has to be administered or wound up. We can assist you in dealing with all such matters, no matter their complexity.

Lasting Powers of Attorney
If you want to have the peace of mind knowing that you and your financial affairs are being looked after should you become mentally or physically infirm, you can apply to be registered with the Court of Protection, a lasting Power of Attorney. To do so whilst you are mentally able to do so is cost effective and has enormous benefits. We will be happy to discuss the advantages with you.
