They are both experienced Solicitors in a wide range of privately funded immigration applications, appeals and general advice. Our Costs
We are not able to offer free legal advice and assistance under a Legal Aid Scheme. Instead we offer a range of fees for different categories of work with a lower and an upper figure (plus Value Added Tax). The final amount charged will depend upon several factors which include the amount of work and time a case takes to complete which will be determined by its complexity. Consequently, the more you can assist by promptly providing documents and information we have requested, the more likely it is that you will be charged a figure towards the lower end of the range quoted.
Most of our cases will be charged within the fee structure set out below. However, from time to time, certain cases may attract a higher fee if more work than originally anticipated is required; or the circumstances surrounding the case, or your instructions, change significantly.
VAT at the current rate (presently 20%) must be charged on all fees quoted. We have put the vat inclusive figure in brackets.
The figures quoted do not include Home Office or UKV&I fees, or disbursements (expenses). Please refer to the Government fees information below.
